Chef Anthony Gerbeau and sommelier Josselin Mendigal of Atout Terroir will transport you to a special moment of discovery and understanding of the different dishes prepared as well as how to pair them with different drinks in order to make this event an unforgettable moment.



JOSSELIN MENDIGAL
This special moment shared with your colleagues, clients, partners, friends or family is hosted and commented by Josselin Mendigal, a trained sommelier who has worked in some Michelin-starred restaurants and wine merchants in Paris and Montpellier. Now a sommelier trainer for professionals, he teaches sommellerie and oenology for restaurateurs, wine merchants and the wine sector. He brings his expertise in Languedoc-Roussillon wines to wine professionals throughout France. He will share with you the secrets of food and drink pairings presented in collaboration with chef Anthony Gerbeau.
