Surplombant le port de plaisance de Palavas-les-Flots, le chef Anthony Gerbeau propose une nouvelle carte sublimant les produits dans une cuisine subtile et créative qui fait la part belle aux saveurs iodées . La cuisine va ainsi à l’essentiel pour révéler le goût authentique de chaque produit avec des menus élaborés et pour tous ( de 45€ à 135€).

En toute saison, profitez du magnifique panorama sur le port de plaisance et la méditerranée.

The cuisine imagined by Chef Anthony Gerbeau is rooted in local tradition, where seafood and regional produce hold a place of honor. He embraces a surprising yet elegant style of cooking, rich in inspiration, while never losing sight of his main goal: to reveal the raw and authentic flavors of each product.

Fish, shellfish, and seafood are selected according to the daily catch, meats are carefully sourced, and most fruits and vegetables come from local growers. The menu thus evolves with the seasons, inspirations, and encounters.
